FAQ's

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover payment cards.

By submitting your order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card and authorize us to charge your order including taxes, shipping and handling described on the site.  

If the card can not be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise accepted, your order will be suspended or cancelled automatically.

PROCESSING

Unless otherwise noted or on major holidays, we process orders within 3 business days following payment approval Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm PST.  

We try our best to ship your order as soon as payment clears.

SHIPPING

Once processed, orders are shipped Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm PST.

We deliver packages via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).  We will select the best shipping method for your order.   

Please anticipate around 3 - 5 business days for U.S. domestic standard shipping.

Orders to AK, HI, PR and the U.S. Virgin Islands may take an additional 6 - 8 business days.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship to most countries, but we will notify you if there are any exceptions.

Please anticipate around 10 - 18 additional business days for your order to arrive.

Additional custom taxes and fees may apply, please check with your local government as the fees are paid by the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages or product, delayed by couriers, weather, lost, damaged, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned due to incorrect shipping information (typos or other errors) provided to us.

We take considerable care in packaging our products for shipment so they arrive in the best condition possible, however we cannot guarantee what happens to the packages or products once they leave our hands.

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to change an order, please email us immediately.  We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot change your order once the item has been shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All products, other then custom orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 business days of purchase in new and unused condition with the original packaging.

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping method and refunds will be credited to the same payment card used to purchase the item(s).

Refunds will not include the original shipping or credit card fees, as they will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

If you would like to return a product purchased from another retailer, please return it to the original retailer according to their return policy.

 For products purchased from unauthorized retailers, we cannot assist you with any problems that you may encounter or offer an exchange.

PRIVACY

Your personal information is only used for the transaction and to ship your order.

Unless otherwise specified, all website content, including photographs, brand identity and product designs are owned by Rovewell Design Co. and may not be used or reproduced without our prior written approval.
